L'analyseur d'azote basique HK-0162 est conforme aux méthodes d'essai telles que SH/T 0162. Il se compose de quatre éléments : un circuit, un dispositif de titrage (unité d'échange Metrohm suisse importée), un agitateur et un ordinateur. C'est un instrument d'analyse intelligent idéal, indispensable aux laboratoires, salles d'analyse, instituts de recherche et départements d'enseignement. L'instrument collecte les valeurs de potentiel des électrodes (électrode de référence et électrode de mesure) via un ordinateur afin de déterminer le volume de solution étalon titré au point d'équivalence (point de saut de potentiel maximal ou potentiel constant). Ceci permet de calculer la concentration en ions de la solution échantillon, et la concentration de la substance mesurée est déduite à l'aide d'équations de réactions chimiques. L'instrument est principalement utilisé pour les titrages acido-basiques, les titrages redox, les titrages par précipitation, les titrages complexométriques et les titrages par coordination. Il permet de lisser les courbes de titrage et de corriger la position du point d'équivalence, garantissant ainsi la précision des résultats.

Overview

The HK-0162 Basic Nitrogen Analyzer complies with test methods such as SH/T 0162. It consists of four components: hardware circuit, titration device (imported Swiss Metrohm exchange unit), stirrer, and PC. It is an ideal intelligent analytical instrument essential for laboratories, analysis rooms, research institutions, and teaching departments.
The instrument collects electrode potential values (reference electrode and measuring electrode) via computer to determine the volume of standard solution titrated at the endpoint (maximum potential jump point or constant potential). This allows calculation of ion content in the sample solution, and the concentration of the measured substance is derived using chemical reaction equations. The instrument is mainly used for acid-base titration, redox titration, precipitation titration, complexometric titration, and coordination titration. It can smooth titration curves and correct endpoint positions, effectively ensuring result accuracy.
